occasionally when booting up IE can trouble shoot for me but Firefox can't is that something that could be added?

It's usually a router problem and IE can usually deal with it.

Firefox is not part of the Windows shell, whereas IE is. Firefox is not normally booted up with Windows. The router settings might be the problem. With my computer and the router I was using, there was some kind of server setup which had to be enabled.
