Emails on virginmedia not receiving on Apple desktop computer and getting stuck in outbox, but iPhone works fine on same router. Virginmedia unable to solve problem and say I needed to contact you. Thank you.

click on the blue monitors in the bottom left corner of the Thunderbird window. That will change the online state. you want to be online!

DO you see any error message when the send of mails occurs?
