I am online, browser is working in normal fashion, and I am receiving emails. I have tried rebooting several times. Don't know what else to try.

Bashfully, I'm reporting that this was a classic "PEBCAK" problem, existing between chair and keyboard. I saw what the mistake I was making and fixed it on my own.
