I clicked on the option to install some kind of "filter" on Oct.2/15 (the only installation on that date. I need to undo it. How do I find it?

That is probably an Adblock Plus filter update since your System Detail list shows this extension as installed. I don't know if such an update would show under "Firefox menu button/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions > View Recent Updates" (cogwheel icon).
