This does not sound like a Firefox query, but I will see what I can do to help.

You email service provider will probably have an option on their website for you to set up an automated reply. This will be different for each provider so it is going to be something that you will need to look at their support pages for. This page has details of the support pages for some of the more popular email service providers.
