38.2 frequently (daily) hangs. The only button that works is the X to close the app. I have to restart it each time it hangs. I've restarted in safe mode and disabled all add ons. Still hangs

Like my anti virus, for example (Eset NOD), also my PDF reader (Foxit), just to name a couple
