I would like to examine details of a received email.

There is a view source option, but it is in the menu and you may not have that enabled. However, in Thunderbird ctrl+u will show you the message source. The same shortcut also works in Firefox to show a page's source.

Hi

This will be different depending on your email service provider, but typically this may involve right clicking on the email when looking at your inbox in Firefox and selecting properties or "view source".

I hope this helps, but if not please come back here and we can look into a different solution for you.

Thank you for your prompt reply.

My emil service provider is Mozilla Thunderbird, and it does not appear to have either "properties" or "view source."
