Hey,

I can't remember what I did but for some time I've had a duplicate of the browser console tab always open underneath every other developer tools page (inspector, debugger etc..)

There is no 'X' to close, no way of right clicking, and I can't find it in any of the options.

Also, I have tried restarting in safe mode to see if a plugin is causing problems and It's still there.

I work on laptop mostly, and find it takes up valuable screen space..

Any help appreciated, thanks.

I've turned that on accidentally, but I don't know of a keyboard shortcut or menu item to turn it off. There is a button you can enable, "Toggle Split Console", see the attached screen shot.

Oh wow.. Simple as that, I must have turned off the split console toggle when I was trying to disable it.

Thanks jscher2000!
