I am using hp eprint and cannot set E-mail account. What settings do I use for Description, Hostname, Port and Use SSL?

I suggest you ask on a HP forum. This is nothing to do with Thunderbird as the eprint software connects directly to your mail provider as far as I can see.

If you need that info for your printer it is the info from your email provider.
When Adding Account for Email what do I enter into the Description Box, the Hostname Box, the Port Box and the Use SSL box? I have used the info from Tools, Account Settings in Thunderbird and always get an error when trying to Sign In in the Adding account box in HP EPrint app.
