On Monday September 25th from 10PM EDT - 12AM EDT (2AM UTC - 4AM UTC on September 26th), we will be performing system maintenance on the Firefox Accounts databases for two hours. During the maintenance window, there will be brief periods of a few minutes where users will not be able to login to their accounts. Please try again at a later time.

Does this crash ID have information in it? How can I tell why Firefox crashes? Can it be from running out of memory, too many tabs open and too many processes running?

icsak.dll looks like the trigger for that crash. http://www.processlibrary.com/en/directory/files/icsak/403406/

icsak.dll is an Anti-Keylogger belonging to ZoneAlarm ForceField from Check Point Software Technologies.

Disable that Anti-Keylogger and see if that stops the crashes. Or check with ZoneAlarm to see if an update is available. If not, see ZoneAlarm for support.
