WindowsXP, Firefox 39.0, Camera ABUS TVIP61500 with FW 5.0.3. Camera-Pugin Webcomponents.exe crashes when trying to upgrade the FW. Crashes always when selecting the new FW-5.0.4 file.

hi, i'm not sure if we could be of any help about this issue in a mozilla support forum - please contact the manufacturer of that device for support instead, if you are having problems applying their firmware updates... thank you for your understanding!
