I downloaded firefox on my computer and it worked fine. Tried on my sons, and after I hit download, then run, nothing happens. What can I do because I love firefox on my computer?

hi, as this is sometimes a sign of malware on a computer, please run a scan of the system with various different security tools like the free version of malwarebytes, adwcleaner, & kaspersky security scan.
