I had calendar add-on, then suddenly it disappeared? I can't find controls to reinstate it. I didn't uninstall it, it just vanished when I opened Thunderbird.

Then, one of my pop-up reminders popped-up and the calendar controls appeared in the upper right hand corner where they have always been prior to this occurrence. It was fortunate that I had a reminder pop up because it seemed to give me access to the calendar add-on. Without the pop up reminder, I don't know what I would have done. Any idea what happened and if it should happen again what I can do about it? Thank you.

I've never seen the tabs for the calendar vanish as you describe. Let's hope it was just a passing glitch.

You should always be able to get to your calendar through the menu, either the "hamburger" button with three lines, or the regular menu, which if not visible, should appear when you press the <alt> key.
