Yahoo search no longer works
Since installing Version 39.0, yahoo search no longer works. It simply does not connect. I have reset/refreshed Firefox. Doesn't help any. The other search engines work, but not 'search.yahoo.com'. It works in Internet Explorer, but not in Firefox. Any ideas? Thank you.

Do a malware check with several malware scanning programs on the Windows computer. Please scan with all programs because each program detects different malware. All these programs have free versions.
Make sure that you update each program to get the latest version of their databases before doing a scan.

Thanks, but it wasn't necessary. It started working by itself again after about 7 hours. Wish other people had reported it, too. It must have been at Yahoo's end. Fact is, I had the same problem on 3 different PCs. They could not have all been attacked by viruses.
