Dear reader,

For some time (six months?) I have an issue with Youtube & loading the comments. Firefox is working great, also Youtbe. Except: the comments will not load! I see a never ending waiting icon with 'loading'. I've looked on the Internet and various fora, but found no solution so far. I cleaned up the history, deleted the cookies, etc. But unfortunately those steps didn't help. I have Firefox 39.0. Can anyone help me? Thanks in advance!

regards, Erwin

Hello there,

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem.

Give those steps a try and see if the issue still persists

Hope this helps!

Thank you Machine Master! This suggestion was indeed THE solution. For everyone else: my problem were the extensions! Go to 'open menu', then to 'add-ons', then select 'extensions'. Try disabeling some extensions. Tada, problem solved!
