When in the AddOns Manager I keep getting interrupted by having to dismiss 3 or 4 in a row. This is ridiculous. 38.1.0 is screwed up; withdraw it.

No, its MOZILLA setting its own cookies, when I'm just looking around on the Addons area. This is NEW BAD BEHAVIOR with rev38.1.1

How do I go back to the previous version?

I don't get that result, with or without allowing cookies. (TB 38.1.0) but then I don't have any add-ons that sets cookies. And don't run Mac.

The web site addons.mozilla.org (which is what is displayed in the tab) is not under the control of Thunderbird Council nor the Thunderbird Developers.. Therefore we have no control of changes or otherwise which use cookies.

If you have issues with the site or it's policies, please address them the to AMO. They have a forum here https://discourse.mozilla-community.org/c/add-ons
