ETA for a Win 10 compatible fully-featured Firefox and Thunderbird yet?
Win 10 is due in just under 3 weeks.

Those are probably better asked as separate questions.
People have used Firefox for a while with Windows 10 pre release. Thunderbird I do not know about but would guess it will be compatible with Windows 10.
If you are wondering about a 64 bit Firefox version, then Windows users have been using a 32 bit version of Firefox. I expect 32 bit Firefox to continue to work with and be compatible with Windows 10.
A 64 bit version of Firefox for Windows is less fully developed but expected to be released for general use later this year. See also

Not later in year but for Firefox 40.0 Release if all goes well. It will not be served on www.mozilla.org but on www.mozilla.org/firefox/all only for the time.
