Hi, one of my accounts stopped receiving emails on the 2nd July. I've tried deleting the .msf file (suggested in another thread) but it didn't resolve the issue. I also tried turning off SSL.

My other accounts still work with Thunderbird, it's just the SpamArrest one that doesn't. Their support team says nothing has changed.

I've reinstalled Thunderbird (latest) on a different PC today, same issue. Password validates and Thunderbird can see the folders and displays their names, but does not download the messages. It eventually gives a "timed out" message.

I've managed to get the same settings working in another email client, Claws Mail, but I would prefer to us Thunderbird again. Screenshot attached.

Any help would be appreciated.
