I do have a button to Add images

I have recently seen a lot of posts with users trying but failing to attach screenshots. I do see the preview of an image. in uploaded images

Also noting this is picking up my plugins but not my extensions. It is not offering to use an extension to list extensions.

So attaching images WorksForMe ok.

Collecting System Information does not fully work.
