Chosen solution

It is difficult to be completely anonymous, as there are many techniques sites can use to recognize you. In Private Browsing or Incognito mode, Firefox does not deliver cookies that were set in regular browsing windows. However, sites still may learn your IP address, plugins, and possibly data stored by the Flash player.

To disguise your IP address, you could consider a private VPN service or TOR.

To manage what plugins are listed when websites ask, you can modify an internal preference (plugins.enumerable_names -- there isn't very good documentation on it at the moment, but this article has more info: http://www.ghacks.net/2014/07/11/hide-plugins-visited-links-webrtc-we...).

To control access to and use of Flash local storage, you can try an add-on like BetterPrivacy.

Of course, blocking information sites normally find available may break some of them...

Also, the uBlock extension will block a lot of tracking stuff.
