In the last few weeks, some of my emails will not get to the recipient. I can send another email to the same person another time and they will get it. None of these recipients use the same provider. I always blind copy myself in the emails and will get them myself and also get a copy in my sent folder, so I can't tell which have actually gone through and which haven't. I use Windows Vista Home Premium and my provider is Charter. Appreciate any help.

Have the recipients check their spam folder. Once the message has been sent it's beyond your control whether it really gets delivered or not. If for some reason a message cannot be delivered by the recipients mail server you'll receive a notification with the reason.

The messages are not in their junk or spam folders - we've checked each time. None of these messages came back as undelivered.
