Firefox crashes when opening a pdf
Also crashes when I open certain websites, like ESPN. Maybe the adobe flash player problems.
Adobe reader is set as my pfd viewer. Everything is up to date.
Restarted in safe mode and still has the problem. Last few crash report ids:

Hello James.Lester Does the same issue happens with different browsers or just FF?
Can you please open a Task manager, go to performance and then open a Firefox and go to a ESPN website and keep an eye on Performance and see what it shows when the browser crashes, i want to make sure its not a Memory issue.
Best Regards
JK
Thanks for your help. This issue only happens in FF. The memory seems to stay pretty consistent when I am using firefox, staying between 1.4 and 1.6 GB. ESPN is no longer crashing for me, but another website that crashed my browser yesterday is still crashing.

Opening a pdf still crashes FF.
Here are two recent crash reports. The first is from trying to open a pdf:

The second is trying to open a website that must have some sort of adobe flash player.

You can try to disable the HTML5 media player by setting these prefs to false on the about:config page.
- media.windows-media-foundation.enabled
- media.directshow.enabled
There are also media.mediasource.* prefs that you can possibly try to toggle to disable this feature.
Still having this problem. Any help?
