Sir, I want to check train seat availability in Erail.in but fail. it asks to download add-on and i did it. But still same problem and am not able to do it.

kindly tell me process to check it.

It might be the problem with add-on itself. I would suggest you to get in touch with the developer of this add-on i.e., erail.in.
