Firefox was working fine this morning but I had to restart the computer, afterwhich firefox would no longer launch. I redowloaded, it launched, then crashed.

When I try to open Firefox I get this message: "Firefox is already running, but it is not responding. The old firefox process must be closed to open a new window." This last time I selected "close Firefox" it went to a new window with my homepage but it will not load an address.

OK, after I closed firefox again, I got this message, "Your Firefox profile cannot be loaded. It may be missing or inaccessible."
