Suddenly when I open Address Book it's only showing part of my addresses. How do I find the rest of my address book? It appears something changed with some auto update?

You should have two address books by default. The Personal and the Collected. Do you see both of these in the Directory Pane of the address book window?
Do you have the Directory Pane showing in the address book window? If not, with the address book window open select View-Layout-Directory Pane.
When I go to, with the address book window open select View-Layout-Directory Pane, I CAN see all 3 of my address books, Personal, Collected and the one imported from OE!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you. Now I can see all my address books.
I have lost my address book. The system tells me "cannot load impab.mab. What can I do to recover my address book?

This is what the program tells me each time I open Thunderbird. In the mean time I have no address book. How do I get my addresses?
