I wish that it worked for me! I've three computers here, all with Firefox, and I get hassle when updating Flash every time. The full download suggested has worked on two of them in the past, but won't any more. The third one is a fresh installation, and I can't use iPlayer because no way can I install Flash, even though there's very little else on the machine.

Incidentally, I have hassle with Adobe Reader too. I couldn't read any pdfs for a while on one machine until I went for a different programme which is OK but more limited, especially when printing. The error message is the same one, - Adobe has encountered a problem and needs to close etc. I see more of that than I do of my wallpaper.

Makes my blood boil !

Any suggestions welcome.
