is there anyway to link up with "hello" to a user without video or mic?

the new hello feature looks like it could be a great tool, but it would be even nicer if the person i wish to link up to did not need a mic or camera?

is there any way, or plans to include a way in the future to have the video "chat" be essentially "one way".

there are many times that being able to show a part to a customer, and how it interfaces with the rest of the system, would be a GREAT help.

the customer is normally already on the phone, or could be.

the vast majority of our client base does not have a camera or mic on their computer.

Video is optional with Hello, but without a mic - or "one way" to your client, that would be a different feature than what Hello provides.
