Vidoes rewind slightly while playing

I inquired about this three weeks ago but failed to get an answer. Thought I'd try again because it's really annoying.

I'm at a loss here. When I play a video, doesn't matter what site, the video acts really strangely. I'll put it this way. If the video was an album on a turntable, the DJ would be scratchin it. That's what it looks like to me. Audio is fine but video is very annoying and unwatchable.

New info: Someone mentioned I have multiple plugins for videos but didn't reply when I asked which ones they are. I'm not very computer savvy but I'm slowly learning. It mostly occurs on YouTube but happens on other sites as well. It started maybe a month ago. Any and all help is very greatly appreciated as I don't want to leave Firefox.

Go to the Adobe.com site and update all of there programs.

After the updates, what do these links report. Flash Player Test Page YouTube Test Page: What video does this browser support

Test a clip again, and provide the link you used.

Corrected wrong link.

Thanks Fred. I updated everything it let me. I watched a couple YouTube videos and they were much better. Not 100% better but. Now the videos just kinda flicker a little unlike before. I included a screenshot of the YouTube page.

What did not update?

I don't really know why I added the 'it let me' part. I updated everything I have on my computer as far as I can tell.

Unfortunately the videos are back to doing the rewinding thing today. Thanks for helping.
