Plugin checker does not work. It just keeps on processing but never finishes. I have tried everything.

Please check if all your plugins are up-to-date. To do this, go to the Plugin Check site.

Once you're there, the site will check if all your plugins have the latest versions. If you see plugins in the list that have a yellow Update button or a red Update now button, please update these immediately.

To do so, please click each yellow or red button. Then you should see a site that allows you to download the latest version. Double-click the downloaded file to start the installation and follow the steps mentioned in the installation procedure.

That is a hang with the Shockwave Flash plugin.

Like I stated in my email, the check plugin page is not working. It just goes and goes and never stops or finds anything.

please try the following: go to the firefox menu ≡ > addons > plugins, set the "java deployment toolkit" to never activate and then try to use the plugincheck page again...

That did not solve it

please try it again now - there has also been a server-side issue with the plugin check earlier which should be resolved in the meantime...

The plugin check page is now working and show everything is up to date. However, I am still crashing alot when playing games.

Did you check for issues with the Shockwave Flash plugin like I posted above?

Now it appears that the windows update isn't working. It just goes and goes and never stops.

I am still working on it. As of now, It appears everything is up to date but the crashes are still happening.
