The "to" header disappears in Thunderbird
since the last big update, the "to" header disappears when you send a new email after the email address is typed down. So I write the email address in the "to"box and when I click into another box like Bcc or Subject the top line goes up so I can't see it anymore, it is still there but I have to scroll up to see it. Is there a solutions for this? Thx

You can drag the divider between the header area and the message body down to provide more lines.
Yes offcourse, but I will have to do that every time I am sending a new email. I have empty lines in my header so why doesn't it show the filled ones?
You can also enter several addresses on the same line, just put a comma (,) between
It doesn't matter that I can put more addresses on the same line, if I click on subject or somewhere else, the top line will go up and will go out of sight.
My Tbird takes three to-lines and is still showing the first one. But if I press enter after 3rd then another empty line will appear and first one disappear. Tabbing down doesn't add lines. I thought you were adding more then 3 addresses, that's why I suggested using the same line.
Is yours behaving different?
No when I am writing down an known emailaddress, he gives a suggestion, when I click on one of the suggestions, the line goes up and I have no idea to switch emailaddress I am sending it, unless I scroll back up or drag down to see more lines. image 1: I am writing down an address and thunderbird suggests some, I click on one of them image 2: the address is gone, went up
I cant figure out why yours is different from mine
