Download Helper - I click on the active download icon but get a box "Download Media Helper Sites instead of a menu to download. What am I doing wrong?

I get the box. It has fields across the top - Name, Interest, Rating, Comments, Date added - How do I download the video?

I am not sure. Check that programs options. Also, go to their support site.
