There is Google Safe Search if you would like to modify the search results on a computer. However this one https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/fire.../?src=search blocks all images in a page when you click it.

No you don't get it.. I'm a designer and sometimes I go to Google Images for inspirations, but there are some sh't designs also in the results, so I'd love to click them and then they'd be hidden from the results... haha

You can consider to use the built-in Inspector to remove the images or use an extension like these:
