Firefox 35 plug-ins are not loading.

Recently Ghostery updated and since then I lost ability to watch any videos on any pages. I tried many solutions to fix that. None worked. So the Only solution I had left was what every Mozilla Moderator says to do for EVERY Firefox issue is start in "safe mode" or Refresh Firefox. I did a refresh by accident. But still had issues even after only 3 add-ons. So I went Ham on Firefox and delete It all off my pc and deleted the Mozilla folder after I uninstalled Firefox. Then I proceeded to load Firefox from ground up.

Well since I did that I am missing ALL my plug-ins. So I updated adobe...nothing. I uninstalled Adobe Flash Player and re-loaded it. Nothing. I did the same for VLC. Nothing.

The 2 Plug-ins that are listed are from folder I added from a Old Firefox data I saved. Question is on Firefox 35.0.1 why are the plug-ins not installing?

What Did I Do? I Refreshed Firefox....

1) Removed pluginreg.dat 2) Threw in the folder a old copy of pluginreg.dat from when it was working restart and it picked up everything.

Just having issue now of flash crashing on pages as soon as page loads.

We are aware of reports that this vulnerability is being actively exploited in the wild via drive-by-download attacks against systems running Internet Explorer and Firefox on Windows 8.1 and below.

HI mrbunnylamakins Thank you for your question, I understand that when you download and install the plugins they are not installing in Firefox.

Please also try a new profile!Profile Manager - Create, remove or switch Firefox profiles this will save you time with troubleshooting the add ons one by one.

First off I did read over Firefox Flash page and issues over 10 X

Your first link has issues too. As see in picture below.

I tried a clean install of Firefox 35.0.1 removing the Mozilla folder after uninstalling Firefox twice. When I uninstalled Firefox I uninstalled Flash Player too and cleared that out. Reloaded Firefox from bottom up and Flash. It will not load up the plug-ins idk why.

I stated this before right after I loaded Firefox I loaded Adobe without loading any add-ons and still the Flash player did not appear in Plug in.

The link that didn't work in the last comment should be Troubleshoot issues with plugins like Flash or Java to fix common Firefox problems.

Firefox on Windows usually finds plugin via a registry scan. Note that Firefox is a 32 bit application and thus requires 32-bit versions of all the plugins.
