Chosen solution

Sorry, I should have said I use Firefox's Thunderbird. It should automatically download my emails from gmail, but it only downloads 2 or 3 when i actually have about 50 per day. I have to click over and over. It is on a desktop, laptop actually. My desktop works fine. Thanks for any help.

Not sure I undrestand what you are doing. Is this Firefox desktop ?

Firefox is a browser

Firefox does not download emails, it views webmail that is on a webmail server. You normally views say the inbox listing and open to view emails one at a time
