unable to open save web files

At first after opening a website, I choose Save Page As web page, complete in my hardisk folder The file is save succesfull, and the icon is mozilla fire fox, but when i try open it by 2x clicking it It only open firefox browser with blank page When I choose open with... use firefox as default, it open a search engine with the address to the file in my folder When I open it using chrome, it open with no problem, just like when it is offline Can you help me? thanks before

Thanks Guys, Already find the cause, it's a file name SettingManagerSetup.exe, after I remove the folder and the file, now I can open the file, I think it's somekind a malware

example : i save this page (by right clickin it, save page as d:\my question web page, complete) then i try open it, by clicking the icon file, all i've got is a fire fox blank page but when i open it using google chrome the page is open with no problem at all

Can you open the file in Firefox via "File > Open File"?

It is possible that the default browser isn't set correctly and that that makes double-clicking or "open with" not work.
