Cannot turn on Firefox
Just connected to new ISP (Comcast) in FL. Firefox has been my default browser for years. Now, Firefox disappears from my dock after shutoff. Still appears in Applications. Clicking on Firefox in Applications returns it to the dock, but clicking on Firefox in the dock results in connection timeout. Same thing appears to be happening with Safari. Sending and receiving mail OK. Any help would be sincerely appreciated.

If the issue is occurring on multiple browsers, it is most likely an issue with your computer or network. Please contact your ISP or network administrator for further assistance.
