Oriental script has appeared above tabs (I work in English). How do I get rid of this?

I've had no problems with Firefox, then all of a sudden oriental script has appeared above the tabs. Not sure how this happened. I've attached a screen shot of the tabs to illustrate. How do I get rid of this, and how do I prevent this from happening again?

Hello MKJ1, mcafee site advisor extension is the problem - please try to disable or remove.

Oddly enough, I contacted McAfee to ask them what was up with that. I don't want to get rid of my security features. They asked to RDP (remote into my system so they could see what was going on), so I allowed them. The INSTANT they established a connection, the scripts went away, and haven't come back yet.
