Hi fcappo,

What software are you using to connect to your Century Link account? Is this an issue with a Firefox OS cell phone device?

It's possible that this is an issue with your Century Link account settings or configuration. I would suggest contacting your service provider so that they may ensure that your email account is properly configured.

Ralph, Account settings appear to be correct. I am using windows 7 , no cell phone and with a DSL land line. This problem only affects my laptop but not my PC. Any other suggestions? Problem appeared just a few days ago after working fine since we began using Thunderbird. Fred
