While installing on a new Dell desktop the green bar is stuck on 75%

I can't get it to stop or start over. It just says "Please wait while Mozilla Firefox is being installed." Just above the green bar is "Size:40Kb Files:4 Folders:1"

Try this and use the full installer instead of the small stub that requires internet access:

If you still have trouble, go to another computer and download the full installer to a thumb drive.
