Firefox would freeze up so I had to reset at least once a week. Decided to uninstall and download. Now I get message "Your Firefox profile cannot be loaded. It may be missing or inaccessible." and Firefox does not open. I have tried to intall 3 times. Restarted laptop each time.

Follow these steps carefully. If you have any question, just ask.

Download Firefox Full Installer For All languages And Systems {web link} Save the file. Then;

Uninstall Firefox from your computer {web link}

After, reboot the computer. Then run the full installer.


If you still have a problem, create a new profile. After, make sure it works. Then you can transfer from old to new.
