why can't delete a bookmark using the right click method anymore
Up until a few days ago I was able to perform a small variety of different tasks when I would RIGHT click in Bookmarks (in the upper left hand part of my screen). However now when I right click everything is a light grey color & I am unable to perform any of the tasks. I can delete, or open in a new tab or open in a new window & I can't click on Properties ......I can't do anything. Can you assist with this issue????
Thankyou

Or here's another one: start a new window using either:
- right-click your current tab and Move to New Window (assuming you have more than one tab)
- press Ctrl+n
The problem seems to be limited to the current window where you used Customize.
(What a strange bug!)

After Firefox 29 was released, a bug was noticed where some right-click shortcut menus on regular menus would be grayed out after you had used Customize a few times. Maybe it's that again/still? I think the only cure was to exit Firefox and start it up again. Let me try to track down that bug.
Meanwhile, you might need to delete from one of these places:
- Bookmarks Sidebar (Ctrl+b opens and closes the sidebar)
- Library dialog (Ctrl+Shift+b opens this in a new window)
Hmm, still not fixed: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=625778
A third workaround is mentioned there, which is to right-click on the Bookmarks menu that drops down from the toolbar button (it's the right side of the button that has a star on the left and something like a clipboard on the right). This only affects the Bookmarks menu on the "classic" menu bar.
