First off since we are trying to do this over the Internet and I cannot see what you see lets try to be accurate with your description.

There is only one Menu Bar in each window. The window we are talking about is the Write window so be sure you have that open. Do you have a menu bar showing in the Write window with File-Edit-View etc on it?

If you do not press the alt key to make it appear. Select View-Toolbars. What toolbars are in the list and which of then are checked?

Send is on the Composition Toolbar in the Write window.

Open a Write Window.

If you are missing all toolbars press the alt key to make the Menu Bar appear. From the Menu Bar select View-Toolbars and turn the missing toolbars back on.

If you have some of the Composition Toolbar but are just missing the Send button, right click the Composition Toolbars and select Customize. Find the Send button in the dialog box that opens and drag it back into place.

my menu bars are all checked. when i go to customize, it's has everything in it, but not a send button

I got it -- it's back! Thanks for your help!
