How do I get my outgoing mail to work using Network Solutions email

I use Network Solutions to host my URL and email. I had Thunderbird working but my computer crashed. I had to reinstall Windows and Thunderbird. I now cannot get my outgoing email to work. I've tried different SSL, Port, and Authentication settings with no success. Does anyone know how to setup Network Solutions email in Thunderbird?

Have you asked Network Solutions about the correct server settings? Presumably they do have a support web site.
