Your "Help" seldom works. How can I click on something that does not appear on my computer???
Lots of problems migrating from Windows Live Mail. I've imported my contacts, but they are scrambled. The columns contain the wrong information. Is there any way to unscramble them?? Your "Help" often tells me to click on something that does not appear on my computer. Very frustrating to go through help procedures that lead to a blank wall.

What operating system and version, and what Thunderbird version are you using?
Many thanks for responding to my plea for help. OS = Vista Home Premium, V 6.0, Build 6002, Service Pack 2. Thunderbird V 31.1.0. Thanks again, Avery Hensley ace90@sbcglobal.net

Thanks for the helpful reply. I tried the export and import option, but could not get the resulting .csv file to work. Tried editing the .csv file to unscramble it, but me edits were not effective. I'm still trying to figure the problem out, any other thoughts?? Thank you.
