Firefox is saying that my add ons are vulnerable and out of date but they are all updated?!
I don't really know what to say, the title really kinda says what my problem is. I have gone to the websites directly like for my adobe acrobat, literally updated yesterday checked today says its up to date on their official website, same with shock wave player and java, all of them are up to date but Firefox says there are not and "vulnerable". The only thing I tried was resetting Firefox which didn't help, only got rid of my preferred home page other than that, no difference.
Thank you to anyone who can help, -Nick
P.S. I am not that good with computers or terminology referring to them so try to keep the vocab simple if you can thanks :)

Your System Details shows;

Having more than one version of a program may cause issues.

ok the second i clicked on the link you provided for shock wave, i clicked download and it said installed like half a second later, so dont think that did anything?

this is why it doesn't make any since besides the fact that i know regardless of this page that they are all up to date
