EMails I send to other cfl.rr.com contacts never reach them and vice versa. No problems with non cfl.rr.com recipients/senders.

I suggest you take the issue up with road runner, as they have access to server logs which would show exactly what occurred both as the sender and receiver. A luxury not normally available in these matters.

My guess is RR are trying to implement IPV6 and are having issues with internal resolution..
