This will depend on your phone.

For phones with a menu button that is part of the system controls (Home, back and menu buttons). Press the menu button and then select tools then select downloads.

For phones without a menu button press the 3 dot menu in the upper right. Select tools then select downloads.

If you want to manually navigate to your downloads you will need a 3rd party file manager. There are a lot of apps that can do this but I like the basic OI File manager

Downloads are saved to /sdcard/download/
