i have a double bar on top - i have contacted att and i have been told i have a browser problem- the online connection sometimes lets me go on line sometimes not- if i get on line very-very-very slow and i am told connection not good!! how do you fix!!!!!!

A browser problem? Try checking it on different browsers. If it's only firefox, you can reset it if you want to. If you're using some kind of firefox mail the messages might be deleted, but if it's web mail it won't.

Contact your WWW provider and have them check your line.
