I get intermittent error code 4.3.0 when sending mail via Time Warner

I have talked with TWC and all they want to do is blame Thunderbird. Error code 4.3.0 is"resources temporarily unavailable" which would indicate TWC to me. Problem is intermittent across several mail accounts. I have changed the outgoing port from 25 to 587, the default suggested by TWC. I was not having this problem until just recently & felt that it was part of the TWC mail server problem as it started about that time. Thunderbird version 24.6.0, running on WIn-7. There have been no changes in antivirus or firewall settings from before this started happening.

I am with you. I think they still have a dud server in their farm and when you get it you get the error message. How to get to level two support is the trick I think.
