Would like to know the meaning of the small colored curved arrows to the left of the incoming email subject lines, and can they be used to indicate something . It looks like the purple arrows point to the left and the blue ones point to the right I don't seem to find anything about them or their use .Also would like explained the use of the paper clip and star emblems beside the arrows .

purple arrows point to the left:

  • means you have 'Replied' to that email.

blue ones point to the right:

  • means you have 'Forwarded' that email to someone.
